Welcome to CCOC
CCOC was created at the direction of the Florida Legislature. We support the Clerks of Court in all 67 counties in the State of Florida by reviewing and certifying court-related proposed budgets under the oversight of the Florida Legislature, the Governor, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Department of Revenue.
These activities are consistent with the Revision 7 of Article V of the Florida Constitution. Sections 28.35 and 28.36, Florida Statutes describes the duties of the CCOC.
