Welcome to Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC)
The Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC) was created at the direction of the Florida Legislature. We support the Clerks of Court in all 67 counties in the State of Florida by reviewing and certifying court-related proposed budgets under the oversight of the Florida Legislature, the Governor, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Department of Revenue.
Peer Group Budget Review Process Training PowerPoint and Meeting Information
Budget Committee members will be meeting with Clerks in the different peer groups to review budgets over the next few weeks and discuss information leading up to the final budget recommendation to the Executive Council.
